Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you use this website.

Using this site

You may browse this website and use its forms for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to submit unlawful, misleading or abusive content, not to attempt to disrupt or probe the service, and not to use the forms to send bulk or automated messages.

We may rate-limit or refuse submissions that look automated. This is an abuse control, not a judgement about you.

Submissions

When you send a message or an enquiry you confirm that the details are yours to provide and that we may contact you at the address you gave. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the forms; email is not a secure channel for such content.

Content and availability

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but the site is provided as-is. Programme descriptions, images, figures and catalogue details describe our work and may change. Where a figure or statement matters to a decision you are making, contact us to confirm it.

Catalogue prices, where shown, are indicative reference values for enquiry and are not an offer to sell through this website.

Intellectual property

The text, images, logo and design of this website belong to Dream School Foundation USA or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced commercially without our written consent. Photographs of children and community members are used to describe our programmes only.

Third-party services

Donations are processed by PayPal, and hosting and database services are provided by Hostinger. Email is sent through Brevo. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the site changes; the date at the foot of this page shows the current version. Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].
